Enterprise Data Processing Addendum v1.1

An Enterprise Data Processing Addendum is available where FXRI processes personal data on the Customer's documented instructions as a processor. It does not automatically apply to ordinary account, billing or service-administration processing.

Request or negotiate this DPA only where FXRI processes personal data on the Customer's documented instructions as a processor, or where the parties expressly agree a processor relationship exists. Schedules must be completed before it is offered in production.
