Initial subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 calendar days after activation under the B2B Subscription Terms. A £15 administration and account-activation charge is retained from a qualifying voluntary refund.

Seat rules. Each seat is a named authorised user with a unique email address. Shared passwords and concurrent use of one login are not permitted. Seats on Team, Desk and Organisation plans must belong to the same organisation (verified email domain and/or organisation administrator invitations).
